Following q media’s successful 2007 integrated
series Excellence By Design (go to www.globeandmail.com to
view) the Globe and Mail and Infiniti decided to follow up the
campaign with Performance By Design (www.globeandmail.com/performance)
this year. The project features Globe and Mail articles,
60-second television spots and longer web videos. The series
looks at six individuals for whom Performance Matters. The
first episode features Cirque du Soleil production designer Patricia
Ruel. Designer and Editor Graeme Mathieson weaves together
a wonderful mix of animation, performance footage and interview
segments to create a spot that is literally “breathtaking.”
